Three things decide how your claim goes.

2. Your roofer is there when the adjuster comes
It makes or breaks a claim. Your roofer points out every chalked hit while the adjuster counts. Many roofers skip this.
3. Ask your roofer the right questions
A few questions up front tell you if your roofer will do steps 1 and 2, and keep you clear of cancellation fees.
